Happy New Year and v0.04

Hello friends and happy new year!

This update contains some small changes to the graphics as well as bug fixes. Namely, weapon upgrades should now work properly. I have no idea when they broke but I noticed the issue as I was starting to implement the 3rd and 4th players. Four player mode isn't ready quite yet but the ground work is laid.

In addition, I tweaked the green path laser weapons as I noticed they were a little too strong against the boss. Weapons changes will be common as I continue development because they are a main draw of the game play and I want each colored path to feel dramatically different but also fair and balanced.
